CMT Silva Tires and Wheels

CMT Silva Tires and Wheels is one of the tire shops listed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The business is registered at 5849 N 2nd St #51, Philadelphia, PA 19120; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (267) 297-8240. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 91 reviews, which is a strong result for a tire shop in Philadelphia and suggests consistent service.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.
